Pauline Deuschle 97, of Pilot Grove died Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at Bristol Manor in La Monte, Mo.
Pauline was born July 18, 1916 in Otterville, MO to William J. and Minnie O. Schilb Wittman. She was married June 21, 1938 to Harold P. Deuschle in Pilot Grove, MO. He preceded her in death on September 17, 1990.
Pauline was a member of the Pilot Grove Community Church where she taught Sunday School, and Bible School. She was a member of the Sisters of Service and The Women’s Guild. Pauline was a seamstress and would go to Katy Manor to sew for the residents. Her family and her home were her life. She enjoyed flowers and gardening and loved to go for walks.
Pauline is survived by her four daughters, Valeria Stuckey of Lake St. Louis, MO; Minerva Taylor, of Sedalia; Rose Mary Hudson of Columbia and Peggy Cundiff and her husband Ed of Columbia; one son Gordon Deuschle of Pilot Grove, MO.; eight grandchildren, Kerry, Larry and Dwight Stuckey, Tim Taylor , Laurie Staus, Jeff Hudson, Mindy Johnson and Tim Deuschle.
She was preceded in death by her husband and one brother.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Pilot Gove Community Church.
Visitation is from 12:00 pm to 2:00 Pm Saturday at the Church. Burial will follow in the St. Paul’s Cemetery.
